Here’s how to make our Berries + Sea Moss Glow Bowl—it’ll only take you five minutes:

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries ( strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks (or banana, if you like)
  • ½ cup oat milk  (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp of our Africa Botanicals Sea Moss powder
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings:

  • 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Blend the base:
    In a high-speed blender, blend the frozen berries, frozen pineapple chunks (or banana), oat milk, and sea moss powder until smooth and thick. Make sure to keep it thick!
  2. Scoop & smooth:
    Pour the blend into a bowl and use the back of a spoon to smooth it out.
  3. Add the cute & delicious toppings:
    Top with fresh berries and banana slices arranged in neat rows or circles. Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut shreds, and add the honey if you want!
