Treat yourself to mouth-watering, creamy cashew butters! Kazi Yetu brings you 'rosho,a women-run social enterprise in Tanzania that crafts flavoured gourmet spreads from certified organic cashews. Cashews in Swahili are 'korosho,' which is where the brand name comes from.

Our Rosho Welcome Bundle includes:

  • Double Chocolate Cashew Butter: Certified organic cashews, dark chocolate chunks, jaggery, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, vanilla (net weight 200g, €34,50/kg).
  • Nutty White Choce Cheesecake Cashew Butter: Certified organic cashews, white chocolate (contains milk), jaggery, sunflower oil, vanilla (net weight 200g, €34,50/kg).
  • Cinnamon Roll Cashew Butter: Certified organic cashews, jaggery, cinnamon powder, sunflower oil, vanilla(net weight 200g, €34,50/kg).

Rosho in a nutshell:

  • Proudly Tanzanian: The cashews come from a certified organic cooperative in southern Tanzania (a total of 950 smallholders), and the cashew butters are produced in Rosho's own factory in Dar es Salaam.

  • Empowering local women: Factory workers (all female) receive at least 80% more than the Tanzian minimum wage.
