These popsicles are super simple, just fresh orange juice, a little Seamoss, some creamy yogurt, and soft, sweet fruit.
They are not only fun and refreshing but also packed with wholesome goodness. Tahira loves that they give her little one a boost of natural energy while supporting strong bones and a happy tummy, just what growing bodies need after a busy day!
What You’ll Need (6 popsicles):
- 2 cups of orange juice
- 2–3 teaspoons of our Seamoss
- 1 cup Yogurt or Greek yogurt
- Pineapple, mango, or banana (any soft fruit!)
How to Make It:
- Blend the orange juice, sea moss, yogurt, and fruit until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 12-24 hours.
- Pop them out and let your kids enjoy!
